Well I stopped cutting my hair and started growing it out right around the time of my wedding which was October 2011 and it was about to the tops of my ears. So I would guess about 15 months =)
Pardon me while I mourn the loss of my abs. I figured that the #BaneBulk would take its toll eventually. All that means is that I will have to train my core a bit more aggressively in conjunction with eating a ton and lifting heavy. A spot of good news, my chest seems to be filling out just a bit.

I am busy with school or work during most of the day and am in need of some snack ideas. Something other than fruit, because I am usually grabbing a banana, orange, or apple and have been getting CLIFF bars. What are your favorite snacks?
I have been fighting sinuses/ a mini cold for the past week so I have been skipping out on waking up early for the gym, but today I was well enough to go. It wasn’t a crazy workout, trying to ease myself back into this thing, but I kinda missed it!
Here is what I did:
with a half mile in the beginning.
Like I said, nothing crazy, but it felt goo to get back in it.
Still suffering from these dreaded sinus symptoms that come and go as they please. It is the 4th day and I can only hope that it will go away soon. I have my up moments and down moments, but I haven’t been able to get into the gym, but I also don’t feel bad about that.
I need my health back!
